This backlink checker tool from Backlink Watch allows you to check the quality and quantity of links pointing to a website. It returns the anchor text used in the links, the PageRank of the linking page, the total outbound links on the page and identifies any nofollow attributes on the links.

Link Harvester is a link analysis tool that returns all the links pointing to a domain or page using data from MSN or Yahoo!, or both. It also returns the IP addresses of the linking domains, the number of links from each and enables you to check information from the Whois database.
